In an uncharacteristic outburst, a frustrated Chipper Jones complained about the strike zone called by home plate umpire Rick Reed. He offered up some pretty choice quotes, included “I’ve been playing baseball for a long time, I know what a strike looks like”. He also used adjective like ‘abysmal’ and ‘awful’ repeatedly. While no one here sawt the game, it doesn’t surpise. After last week’s Terry Francona fashion police incident, there is no telling what baseball officials and umpires are thinking about.
